According to the Notice No 198-2006 released by AQSIQ of PRC, six categories of toys, including baby carrier, electrical toy, shoot-off toy, metal toy, moppet toy, plastic toy, are carried into the CCC certification program, and manufactures of related toy categories can have their products CCC certified at Mar 1 this year, and a Mark of that is a must for those toys to be sold at china market.

  The government of China has introduced a new Safety/EMC licensing system on May 1, 2002, requires manufacturers in more than 150 product categories to obtain the CCC Mark before exporting or selling into the Chinese market?Products not meeting CCC requirements may be held at the border and subjected to other penalties by Chinese Customs Officials.
